We are saddened to announce the passing of Dr. Jake Pivaroff, D.C., (Dr. Jake) the founder and creator of The Deep Muscle Stimulator.

Dr. Jake’s passing is a deep loss to the chiropractic and sports training communities. Dr. Jake was a fearless man with a drive to help people. He served our country in the Vietnam war as a combat medic. It was after his service, and at his weakest point, he met his lifelong partner, Patti in Hawaii. They raised their two boys, Yasha and Nick who share the traits of their father… A quiet, yet confident demeanor with the ability to inspire others with direct and honest opinions.

After serving our country Dr. Jake continued his passion for helping people by becoming a chiropractic doctor where he focused on healing the people and returning his patients to comfortable and active lives. Dr. Jake treated everyone, athletes, other doctors, and everyday people. And he treated them all the same, with respect, and compassion and always shared his wry sense of humor, which made him so endearing. His devotion to helping people heal lead him to spend years in developing, testing and providing his patented invention, The Deep Muscle Stimulator (DMS).

Dr. Jake is proud of the success of the DMS and how it has helped so many people heal. Again, his efforts in the development of the DMS have helped heal professional athletes, weekend warriors, and even racehorses. His knowledge of the body and what helps support the healing process drove him to help people understand the positive impact the DMS has in chiropractic care, physical therapy and sports training. Thanks to Dr. Jake people worldwide are experiencing the benefits of using the DMS as part of their treatment.

Dr. Jake’s pride and passion for helping the people heal by using the DMS is only eclipsed by his love, pride and passion for his wife Patti, his two sons Yasha and Nick and his grandchildren, Blake; Jake and Luke.

As one his many close colleges stated… “What should be known about Dr. Jake is that he was a simple man, really proud of his invention, excited about sales, a tasty meal, a little gambling and then back home with Patti. What a gift to all of us you have been! You are someone that I will deeply miss and remember every time I pick up my DMS.”

You will be missed Dr. Jake.
